D.O.O. "GRGO BRAVAR" has existed since March 3, 1996. The founder and owner of the company is Vukmanov Š. Grgo, a metalworker with over 30 years of experience, twenty-eight of which he spent at the Subotica "Bratstvo" Wagon Factory, from which he went into private business as head of machining.

In a relatively short time, we have gone from a company with only a few employees to a company that is known outside of Subotica, that is, nowadays, an export-oriented company to the EU market.

The company is located in the industrial zone of the city of Subotica (Aleksandrovo), in the immediate vicinity of the main railway line Budapest - Belgrade, the international road E-75, as well as the Subotica Customs Terminal (Public Warehouse).

It covers about 15,000 m2 of land, of which about 7,000 m2 is covered by halls and warehouses.

The main activity of the company is represented by:

Production of industrial equipment with special emphasis on the production of metal pallets for the transport of parts in the automotive industry;

Throughout the HISTORY of our company, we have engaged in the following activities:

Production of subassemblies for freight wagons

Construction and assembly of halls and warehouses

Making fences and gates

Production of steel structures

Production of utility equipment

Restoration of cultural monuments

In addition to all of the above, in the field of manipulative work (loading / unloading of goods), we also provide rental services of forklifts with a capacity of up to 8 tons.

The company has more than 60 employees, led by an experienced and professional management team.

The production process in the manufacture of industrial equipment includes the following segments:

- prototype department for making product prototypes and preparing welding tools/devices;

- mechanical cutting of materials:

* sheet metal cutting on mechanical and hydraulic shears;

* cutting pipes, profiles, flats and round iron on band and circular saws;

* cutting sheets on a laser cutting machine;

- machining of materials:

* scraping, milling, drilling preparations;

* thread processing

- manual material processing (manual sanding)

- assembly of subassemblies and assemblies in tools and devices for welding (locksmithing and welding works)

- welding of subassemblies and assemblies in tools and devices for welding using procedure 135 (MAG CO2 procedure);

- shot blasting of subassemblies and assemblies and final cleaning of welding spatter;

- plasticizing positions;

- assembly of subassemblies and finalization of assembly of the finished product;

- labeling of products with stickers and writing inscriptions related to technical and technological data;

- palletization of finished products and loading of finished goods onto trucks.

The equipment at our disposal is adapted to our production process, and the most important groups of machines and equipment are:

- laser for cutting sheets;

- circular saw for cutting pipes;

- band saws for cutting pipes, profiles, sheets;

- hydraulic shears for cutting sheets;

- sheet metal bending presses (CNC and NC);

- eccentric press for punching;

- drills (bench, column and radial);

- lathes;

- milling machines;

- shot chamber;

- line for plasticizing metal parts;

- welding machines;

- robotic welding systems;

- screw compressor;

- electric forklifts for internal transport;

The company "GRGO BRAVAR" D.O.O. is a reliable and fair business partner that guarantees the high quality of its products and services.

The importance of high product quality has been understood from the very beginning of the company's existence, and this has been complemented by the implementation of the ISO 9001 standard (since 2005) and the specialized EN 3834-3 and EN 1090-1 standards (since 2020).

In addition to these standards, our company is the holder of the prestigious "Excellent SME" mark of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce (since 2014).

Our company also operates "Technical inspection of vehicles GRGO BRAVAR", which is equipped for technical inspection of passenger and cargo vehicles, and as the unofficial successor of the former "Auto-Oprema", it is one of the oldest technical inspections of vehicles in the city of Subotica.
